1. Introduction By accessing this website or using any services provided by Discover You ADHD Life Coaching (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please discontinue use of this website. These Terms apply to website users and prospective clients. If you engage in a formal coaching relationship, your coaching agreement will govern that service.
2. Services Overview We provide ADHD life coaching, executive function and study skills training, and educational consulting. Coaching and consulting services may include personalized sessions, group programs, resources, or workshops. Sessions are delivered virtually via Zoom or by phone and must be scheduled in advance. Coaching packages (monthly, 3-month, or 6-month) may include optional check-ins between sessions upon client request. All sessions must be used within the specified time frame outlined in the coaching agreement.
These services are not therapeutic or medical and are not a substitute for psychological, legal, or health care.
3. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or purchase services. If under 18, parental consent is required.
4. No Medical or Therapeutic Advice Coaching is not therapy or medical care. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. If you are working with a health professional, it’s recommended that you let them know you are also receiving coaching.
5. Coaching and Consulting Services Coaching is a thought-provoking and creative partnership designed to help you reach your potential. Results are not guaranteed. Your effort and follow-through are essential to the process. Coaching will not proceed if a client is under the influence of alcohol or drugs or is driving during the session. The coach reserves the right to end any session immediately under these circumstances.
6. Client Responsibility Clients are solely responsible for their choices, actions, and implementation of ideas discussed during sessions. We do not guarantee specific results.
7. Confidentiality All client information is treated as confidential in alignment with ICF standards. Coaching is not a legally privileged relationship, and exceptions to confidentiality include legal requirements, safety concerns, illegal activity, or if information is already publicly known. Coaching notes are not shared with any third party.
8. Optional Check-ins Between Sessions Clients may request short email or text check-ins between sessions. These are available upon request, and responses will be provided within 24 business hours, Monday–Friday. These touchpoints are not a substitute for scheduled sessions.
9. Fees and Payment Fees are communicated clearly before services begin. Payment is due before sessions start. In some cases, a barter arrangement may be made (e.g., in exchange for feedback or testimonials). Refunds are not provided for completed sessions. Unused sessions must be used within the timeframes stated in your agreement.
10. Intellectual Property All content on this website—including downloads, resources, session materials, and visuals—is the property of Discover You ADHD Life Coaching. You may not reproduce, sell, or distribute these materials without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for any loss, damage, or consequences from using this website or our services. You use our content and coaching at your own risk. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.
12. External Links Links to external websites are for convenience only. We do not endorse and are not responsible for any content on linked sites.
13. Modifications to Terms We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
